Our Community Engagement ministry believes the church is most powerful when it is serving. We partner with organizations like Arlington Life Shelter — providing shelter, employment programs, and transitional services for North Texans impacted by homelessness.
We are also partnering with Tango Charities for upcoming Feed The City events — fighting hunger in the DFW area one meal at a time. Watch for event announcements and come serve with us.
Our Community Partners
Arlington Life Shelter
Promoting self-sufficiency through shelter, employment programs, and transitional services for North Texans experiencing homelessness. NBWC actively partners with Arlington Life Shelter to serve our neighbors in need.
Tango Charities
Fighting hunger through Feed The City — monthly volunteer events where communities gather to pack meals for people in need. NBWC has upcoming events with Tango Charities. Stay connected for dates and details.
Community Outreach
Community outreach is at the heart of the vision of New Beginning Worship Center. The ministry believes the church is called to go beyond the four walls of the sanctuary and actively serve the people within the community. Pastor Rob’s vision is centered on meeting people where they are, showing the love of Christ through action, compassion, service, and support.
The church has partnered with Assisted Living Facilities to minister to senior citizens through fellowship, prayer, encouragement, and worship services that bring joy and connection to residents. New Beginning Worship Center also supports Arlington Life Shelter by helping serve individuals and families experiencing homelessness through acts of compassion, donations, encouragement, and community support. In partnership with Tango Charities, the church has participated in outreach efforts designed to assist families and individuals facing hardship by providing resources and opportunities that strengthen the community.
Pastor Rob believes ministry is not limited to Sunday morning worship services, but extends into the streets, neighborhoods, schools, and homes of those in need. The church is not designed to simply house finances, but to responsibly share the blessings God has provided throughout Tarrant County and surrounding communities. The mission is to create meaningful connections, restore hope, encourage healing, and empower people to grow spiritually, emotionally, and financially.
New Beginning Worship Center is committed to being the hands and feet of Jesus Christ by building relationships, strengthening families, supporting the next generation, and creating an atmosphere where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and loved.
